Initiate Your Request
Log into your Pepe Studio account and select the items you wish to return from your order history to receive a return authorization.
Pack Your Items
Place the unworn items with original tags attached into their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking number handy until your refund or exchange is processed.
